About Dennis
Dennis Connors is a keynote speaker, Paralympic silver medalist, two-time world champion, and former military intelligence professional. His career spans military leadership, international business, and elite sport. At Black Diamond Equipment, he managed a $26 million international business across 34 distributors.
After undiagnosed brain injuries and two strokes reshaped his life, Dennis developed an approach to perseverance grounded in vulnerability, self-love, disciplined action, and community. His keynotes connect that framework with lessons from intelligence work: understanding others’ responsibilities, asking better questions, and turning information into useful action.
Dennis helps leaders and teams rethink how they adapt, collaborate, and sustain performance. He holds a master’s degree in Parks, Recreation and Tourism from the University of Utah and a bachelor’s degree in Business Management.
