About Dennis
Stay-at-home Dad, Paralympic Silver Medalist, Para-Cycling World Champion, combat veteran, traumatic brain injury (TBI) and stroke survivor. Originally from California, Dennis currently lives with his family in Beaverton, Oregon. He served 9 years in the US Marine Corps completing 3 deployments to Iraq. Dennis suffered multiple TBIs and a stroke while in the military. In May 2020, Dennis had a second stroke. Dennis is still pushing his physical and mental limits to show that you should never give up on the things you love.

Dennis shares his inspirational story from fighting in the war in Iraq to developing ataxia from brain injuries and strokes. He speaks about overcoming adversity, being vulnerable to redefine perseverance, and developing a path to overcome internal struggles to become successful in your pursuits.
